Forever Manchester, the ace charity that funds and supports community groups throughout Greater Manchester, and has supported loads of Salford organisations, has announced a unique fundraising Festive Quiz.
It's aimed at businesses and companies so they can create a virtual/Zoom-style quiz to use amongst their employees to bring people together, lift everyone's spirits and have a bit of fun.
The Forever Manchester Festive Quiz will be hosted by Captain Manchester, with ten specialist rounds, all with Manchester-themes, and about topics like music, history, film/theatre, sport, lyrics, TV and general knowledge.
The questions will be read out by local celebs and faces including Justin Moorhouse, Julie Hesmondhalgh, Clint Boon, Jennie McAlpine, John Thomson, Rowetta, Jeff Hordley, Stan Chow and Cheddar Gorgeous.
"It's been a very strange year for everyone and with Christmas parties very much on hold at the moment we wanted to help local businesses plan some festive cheer whilst helping their local communities at the same time" says Forever Manchester's CEO, Nick Massey "We are very grateful to all our guest presenters for taking time to do this and we hope everyone enjoys the quiz and stays safe and well over Christmas."
The cost of the Quiz is £100, and once companies have made the donation the Forever Manchester team will provide a link which companies can share via Zoom with their employees.
The Quiz is available from Tuesday 1st December – click here for details
