Eeeeh, it were like back in the day at the Refuge on Oxford Street in Manc-land this week, where the bar was turned into a pop-up Hacienda experience for the launch of a new series of prints and cards celebrating Fac 51 The Haçienda - 8 Iconic Club Nights 87-91.
The series of limited edition cards, which include designs for Flesh, Nude, Hot, Zumbar, Shiva and Void nights done for the Hac by Salford graphic design legend Trevor Johnson, are being sold to raise funds for the charity Forever Manchester, which financially helped out after the Broughton flood and the Arena attack amongst other things.
Trevor is an ambassador for Forever Manchester and put the Refuge night together with his brother Craig. Guest DJs for the evening were Justin Robertson, DJ Paulette and John McCready, and loads of people turned out to support the cause and grab a piece of Manc and Salford history.
