HAZEL BLEARS HUMILIATED BY PRIME MINISTER

HAZEL ROASTED BY GORDON

Star Date: May 20 2009

Gordon Brown last night totally roasted Hazel Blears in front of the whole country, saying on the national news that her behaviour was "totally unacceptable"…

There's been the bath towel and tv scandal of Hazel Blears' expenses but it was her non payment of Capital Gains Tax on the £45,000 profit she made when selling her pad in Kennington in 2004 that finally brought the public wrath of Gordon Brown down on Hazel's tattered image last night.

During the Prime Minister's press conference he was asked about Hazel and thundered "It was totally unacceptable behaviour. I do not support it…"

He continued "Hazel Blears has paid the money back. She has done so on the advice of me and other people. But she has not broken the law, she has not broken the rules."

Just "totally unacceptable behaviour"…

While other naughty MPs are being de-selected by their local political parties all over the country, in Salford the Labour Party has said that they're sticking by Hazel…

It's always been said that the Labour Party could put a donkey up for election in Salford and it would get in, now it looks like they've got a genuine one…

Avoiding Capital Gains Tax is rather more serious than horse manure and glitter toilet seats. Brown describes it as unacceptable but she says that he has full confidence in her. Strange. If you were to burgle £13k from a house then hand it back, is that OK? If other MPs are suspended for claiming on already-cleared mortgages what is the difference? Hazel Blears. Superhero.

Hazel should've been de-selected by the local Labour Party (or even done the decent thing by stepping down herself) but since she will be Labour's candidate for Salford and Eccles at the next General Election I'm increasingly looking forward to standing against her as an anti-Hazel Independent.

If Hazel Blears had any morals she would resign immediately. The only reason she has repaid the CGT is because she was forced into it. In my opinion this amounts to fraud !!
